Co-host or full-service — what's the difference?
As a co-host we run your existing Airbnb listing and you keep the listing, reviews and payouts. With full-service management we handle the listing on our account, guest communication, cleaning coordination and owner statements. We'll recommend the right fit for your property.
What does it cost?
Management is a percentage of booking revenue, quoted after we review your home and its current performance. The direct-booking website is free with no long-term commitment.
Can you help a home that's not listed yet?
Yes. We can handle setup from photos and listing copy to pricing, house manual, cleaning team and launch.
