Is the direct-booking website really free?
Yes. We'll build a direct-booking website for your property at no cost and with no long-term commitment. It's how we show owners what we can do before they sign anything.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Vrbo?
No. Most owners keep their platform listings. Direct booking is an extra channel for repeat guests and referrals, not a replacement.
Co-hosting or full management?
Both. As a co-host we run your existing listing; with full management we handle everything from pricing and guest messaging to cleaning coordination and maintenance. We'll recommend the best fit after a free review.
How is your fee structured?
Management is a percentage of booking revenue, quoted after we review your property. There's no charge for the initial revenue review.
